• Interacting with customers, carriers, and C.H. Robinson employees to carry out operational activities by using systems technology.• Validates and ensures accuracy of load data being entered into C.H. Robinson systems.• Executes the business of C.H. Robinson by performing one or a combination of the following tasks: data entry, review of data, shipment activation, carrier selection, commodity classification and problem resolution.• Completes assigned responsibilities timely, accurately, and complies with the guidelines of the NAST office, LTL Service Center, and C.H. Robinson policies.
