Hi, dear reader,I am a PhD student at the Institute of Drug Discovery in Leipzig, and I am working on machine learning / deep learning systems for the design, modification, and alteration of proteins and cyclic peptides. We are working with state-of-the-art methods and combining the design process results with wet lab experiments for hopefully general insights into the wonderful world of proteins and curing diseases (at some point way far in the future).
