- Managing and leading a team of construction and maintenance technicians. - Taught students the basic, intermediate, and advanced elements of snowboarding, mountain safety, and terrain. -Took courses and private lessons to obtain my AASI Level 1 Certification.- Used my customer service, snowboarding, and safety experience to elevate the experience of every student- Adapted each lesson to fit the needs of each student, ranging from ages of 3 to 55. - Provided constructive feedback and guidance to support and push students to their full potential.
