* Responsible for assigning and dispatching operators to fleet units and routes.* Monitor and respond to operators, coordinate with the Operations Center Team and Supervisors.* Meet safety and on-time performance targets.* Monitor and immediately respond to route, fleet and operator issues making sure service delivery requirements are met.* Process and transmit information and instruction to co-ordinate the activities of operators, and fleet units using a variety of computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment.* Plan routes and prepare necessary paperwork for sound deliveries.* Help create trucking routes that keep costs down but meet customer scheduling needs* Provide update to customers referent to loads and shipment issues* Address problems and requests by transmitting information and/or providing solutions

In charge of day-to- day operations regarding distribution of the company's products, the position includes:* Liaising and managing staff.* Analyze shipping data to identify strategies for making routes more efficient.* Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.* Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties.* Monitor current processes and procedures.* Conduct office management tasks• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to• Implement measure to provide motivation for employees• Prepare, revise and submit reports.• Communicate information to the departments filtered for management• Perform training sessions• Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies

• Responsible for co-coordinating, arranging, and monitoring the export of temperature-sensitive products.• Arrange for shipping documentation and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of goods and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit • Negotiate with biopharmaceutical companies, hospitals, suppliers in Israel and overseas for services and preferential rates. • Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing and distributing.• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.• Prepare and manage standard operations procedure protocols for clients and supervise its application in day-to-day work.
