I am a Doctor of Humanities and a psychologist, serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Design, SWPS University. I also lecture in postgraduate studies focused on UX and service design. I am also a co-founder of the Open Artificial Intelligence Lab and a collaborator at the HumanTech Center for Social and Technological Innovation at SWPS University.My scientific collaborations extend to premier research institutions such as the Medical University of Warsaw, the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the M. Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology. With over 15 years of experience in the business sector, I have designed and implemented R&D projects in startups operating in marketing, HR, and MedTech. As a consultant and trainer in research methods and psychometrics, I have worked with agencies including Universal McCann, Maison and Partners, and many leading companies in the FMCG, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors.
