Since I was young and still a student I have always been interested in the job my father Binda Claudio (the founder of MPK) was doing.Whenever it was possible, I followed him in several of his business trips to experience and learn his job, that I was sure would have been my future.I started working in production close to the guys working on flexo printing machines, and after I made my experienced there, I moved then to the graphic department, quality and to the export customer service to have a better overview of the functioning of the company.My present: following my father’s footsteps, I found my position in the company mainly into sales and new businesses development. I am doing this job with lots of passion!I love travelling and meeting people, building long term relationships, solving their problems with solutions and turn their ideas into products.I love technology and innovation; for this reason I work very close to the R&D laboratory where my brother is manager, and, from him, I absorb his concepts and ideas and work hard to have them turned into packaging for our customers.Opening new markets is one of the challenges I love the most, the north American market Is the one I am most proud of.
