Max lately had the responsibility for the Motorola ZN5 GSM antenna design from concept development through integration and evaluation of performance into mass production in China. This implied working in cross discipline teams with Industrial designers, Mechanical, RF, Electronic and Production engineers to secure a world class product. Due to his strong drive for finding the best compromise Max developed unique technical solutions providing benchmark performance.
Due to Max’s excellent networking skills and open mindedness he was selected to join the team of 13 people who were stationed at the Motorola USA headquarters for 1 month to facilitate with the Motorola acquisition. His achievement and strong drive during this period was one of the main reasons for a very smooth transition into the new organisation.
Furthermore Max was responsible for the operation of the student internship programme. This included daily handling and follow up on working tasks along with compiling information and conducting performance reviews at the end of each internship.
During the employment period Max carried out his tasks with outstanding responsibility at a very high technical level. He worked very independently and goal-orientated while being capable of handling many different situations in busy times. In addition, he very often took the initiative to implement new ideas and displayed very good interpersonal skills. His periodical performance ratings within Motorola have placed him at the highest possible grade. He was also rewarded with a “Bravo” performance bonus and with company shares on different occasions.
