Project Manager responsible for the delivery of Projects Orca & Melville (value $240m) whilst maintaining full site operations without disruption. These projects consisted of the construction of multiple chemical distillation trains and associated equipment including, air compressors, chillers, boilers, nitrogen storage tanks, ASRS Warehouse and extensive site civils works (circa $50m) across the 60acre site.

Responsible for the successful delivery of a $20 million, 30,000 sqft tenant improvement project and $10million, 10,000 sqft MEP infrastructure project from concept design phase to project close out. Duties included ownership of financial reporting software, stakeholder reporting, steering group presentations, design sign off, general contractor co-ordination with design teams and stakeholders to achieve LEED Gold qualification.

Project Manager delivering capital projects through the entire life cycle within the B5 team at GSK Ware R&D. Responsible for the successful concurrent delivery of 10 projects between £5million - £10million each. Duties included: Project Planning; Contract Administration; Project/Contracts Management; Client/ Designer Coordination; Contract Negotiation; Tender analysis; Claims/Variations; Financial Management, Commissioning & Validation management / sign off.

Duties included: Working in clean room production facilities, monitoring GMP critical utilities, production equipment and initiating actions to rectify any deviations or failures, reviewing and approving Validation Protocols, implementation and management of process improvement projects, plant equipment troubleshooting and completion of compliance activities; including chairing root cause analysis meetings and monitoring of clean utilities.
