As a banquet captain at Boise Centre, I lead and manage a team of servers and bartenders to provide excellent service and hospitality to guests at various events and functions. I also liaise with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations and customer satisfaction. I have been working in this role for over two years, and have received multiple commendations and positive feedback from both guests and management.I am also a Graduated Psychology Student at Boise State University, with a Minor in History. I am passionate about learning and applying psychological principles and theories to understand human behavior and improve interpersonal and organizational outcomes. I have completed several courses and projects related to social, cognitive, and organizational psychology, and have developed strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
