Oversee completion of all kitchen tasks for 3 restaurant locations. Manage product inventory and ordering on a weekly basis. Operate large scale trailer smoker and work as line cook when needed.

-Consult with and lead event producers in the disciplines of lighting, audio, video, and staging for high profile, multi-discipline events.-Oversee and manage orders and scheduling with vendors & independent contractors for deliverables and oversee on-site execution.-Create and manage purchase orders, insurance and other paperwork for all orders and vendors.-Maintain a technical working knowledge of production and event elements.-Coordinate and participate in client communications (emails, conference calls), meetings and travel.-Create production resources including but not limited to: production schedules, show schedules, maps, and directions.-Act as the main interface to all vendors for production information.-Reconciliation of credit cards.-Tracking billing for clients.-Tracking billing for reimbursements.

Coordinate logistics for large multi-discipline events across a variety of formats, act as a liaison between clients and PRG LA to make sure that the shows have everything they need to be successful including organizing prep, conducting site surveys, creating lighting, audio, and video systems/orders, and providing support to the on site team as needed.

General shop work, maintenance of Design LA program including client relationships, lighting design, master electrician work, and production coordination.

Attend and assist in client meetings and site surveys, event design development, programming, demonstration of design research, drafting site and lighting plans, creating accounts and general equipment orders, and onsite assistant to the designer/project manager for all event services including lighting, video, audio, power distribution, and HVAC.
