The unit encompasses four distinct missions: Unmanned Aerial Surveillance, Signals Analysis, Signals Intelligence Collection and Human Intelligence Collection, which require constant shifting of prioritizing and function. Concurrently, as the organization's Prevention Leader, perform the primary mission of assisting the commander in planning, implementing, and executing an outstanding unit level substance abuse program.On a regular basis oversee at least two dozen minor and two major projects each week, while often times being called upon to manage side projects. Directly supervise four subordinates in the Operations Section, including being placed in charge of a higher-ranking Sergeant. Directly responsible for over $1.6 million in assets. Act as liaison to Command and Staff of higher echelon and subject matter expert on operational requirements. Exercise outstanding managerial and organizational abilities in ensuring that the Company exceeded its Command Inspection requirements, scoring a 95% efficiency rating in Operations.

As the Brigade Command Language Program Manager (CLPM) I was responsible for identifying, training, retaining and paying all foreign language-capable Soldiers in the 3,000-person organization. I liaised directly with the 101st Airborne Division leadership and was operating in a position meant for at least four pay grades above my own.I was recognized as the best CLPM in the entire 101st Airborne Division, all as a 27 year old E5 Sergeant. I actually arrived to Fort Campbell as excess personnel, without a specific job, but created this position for myself and excelled at constantly expanding the scope of my operations. My immediate responsibilities were simply to manage the Brigade's certified linguists.However, I took it upon myself to increase the scope of my position to include identifying all language-capable personnel in the unit. I was responsible for coordinating a myriad of language training programs for all personnel, to include the Brigade Commander. I was tasked with organizing linguist assets for their training, proficiency, abilities and pay. I expanded this to create a 4-tiered tracking system to identify certified linguists, self-professed foreign language speakers, as well as those with the propensity to learn a foreign language. Furthermore I invented a comprehensive Microsoft Access database tracking system that allowed me to better serve the unit and more efficiently and naturally track and catalog our assets. By putting up flyers throughout the area I was able to increase participation by well over 130%. Ultimately I increased pay efficiency from 40% to 100%, identified more than two dozen previously unrecognized foreign language capable Soldiers in the organization, allowing for a wide range of theatre-specific response and intelligence gathering capabilities. Before transitioning to my current job I received the Army Achievement Medal for my outstanding accomplishments.

After being promoted on 1 November 2012 I was rewarded with the duty position of Battalion Command Language Program Manager, or CLPM. I was solely responsible for the training and maintenance of the organization's more than 60 trained Korean linguists in support of NSA-supporting intelligence collection missions.

Scheduled and oversaw various sport team practices at a centralized facility on campus in Clemson, South Carolina as part of the Campus Recreation Department's Club Sports Program. I supervised sporting events and acted as medical first responder. I collaborated with other departments to ensure proper facility compliance and localization. After one semester as a Club Sports Supervisor I was promoted to Club Sports Manager, which saw my responsibilities grow. I wrote and edited team practice and event schedules, led planning meetings with other departments, supervised inter-club meetings and organized large events.
