Following the expansion of the company across western Europe and the opening of the Italian office in Milan, in this position I have provided high level advice and support to the Head of Europe Luxury & Fashion. This includes governance and administrative activities related to the CEO’s role as Company primary contact for the Italian operations, and ensuring the efficient management of the office in the very initial stage of activity. The position has also included business development activities along with the rollout and implementation of key projects. Key activities included the following: • Support the Head of Europe Luxury & Fashion to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication across key stakeholder and business partners.• Develop, monitor and review projects plans for projects that the Head of Europe Luxury & Fashion was responsible for.• In the absence of the Manager – Communications, be a point of contact for media operations and enquiries.• Share collective responsibility for delivering organisational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organisation.• Creates a climate where people were motivated to do their best to help the organisation achieve its objectives.• Ensure that urgent enquiries and emerging issues are brought to the Head of Europe Luxury & Fashionattention.• Applies knowledge of the business and the industry to advance the organisation's goals and facilitate new business opportunities.

As Partner and Executive Advisor I provide support and consulting services to the management team, the company's founder, or other stakeholders. My duties are to study the organizational goals and strategies of the new company and determine what changes can be made to better serve the company vision and objectives. Additionally I make my experience in the field of Branding and Design available to the management team to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand. This can involve overseeing advertising, design and events. Ultimately my goal it to make sure that brand is consistent across multiple touchpoint both physical and digital.

Actualizing design in business tools for the future progress of Singapore’s economic success.As a Council member and design expert, I collectively consult Singapore’s business and government enterprises on expanding the role of design. I support client initiatives with the Innovation By Design Programme that is backed by the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Design-Singapore Council (Dsg).My role includes logistically enabling creative organizations with business strategies while asserting the value of design. I'm often invited by the Poli Design at Milan Polytechnic to deliver lectures on brand innovation, brand strategy and strategic design.
