I work collaboratively with the administration, schools, and school board in creating and maintaining positive communications efforts with staff, community, state organizations, and media while advancing the brand and vision of the district and its schools; coordinate executive office and board communications; and maintain positive public relations.I support all aspects of internal and external communications as well as support the stakeholder and community engagement functions by working collaboratively with staff, and serves as a point of contact for community partners and other constituents with whom the district interacts with. I help plan communications, outreach and community relations plans for external audiences’ outreach.

- Promoted the use of technologies by staff to support student achievement in the K-12 classroom- Developed and offered personalized and district-wide staff development, and instructional support to all instructional and administrative staff- Collaborated with other members of the curriculum department to support district initiatives aroundUniversal Design for Learning, Equity, MTSS, Trauma-Informed Practices and Student Engagement- Member of multiple district-wide committees to increase educational opportunities for students,including: Equity; MTSS; and, Teacher Leaders- Member of the Parent Advisory Committee into order to facilitate communication between and amongthe parents and parent organizations from different district schools
