Started as the sole designer at AdHawk, with a team of approximately 20 people. Grew the design team to 3 full-time designers as the company grew to over 100 full-time employees. Mentored junior designers and implemented a formal design review process, which allowed designers to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Created FlooringStores.com logo and branding. Designed B2C PWA (React Native) that allows users to find flooring stores near them, browse their inventory and directly contact the flooring store staff. Work also included:- UI Design System- Custom Illustrations- Color Palette System- Typography System- FlooringStores.com Blog home page, detail pages, category pagesCompletely re-designed the AdHawk iOS app, improving user experience through a simplified interface, improved load times, animation states, empty states, improved copy, newly designed illustrations and increased clarity of ad account status.

Created AnchorPint branding, including custom wordmark, illustrations, UI and social media assets.Filmed design tutorial videos to teach entry to mid-level designers, and sold design resources including icons and illustrations.

I’ve worked with a variety of clients, including Nike, Facebook, Luxottica and BNP Paribas in areas such as typography, animation, illustration and branding. At the conclusion of projects, I am able to provide an extensive set of file formats, including EPS, SVG, AI, PNG, MP4, GIF, TTF and more, ensuring that assets may be used in any necessary setting as well as be edited at a later date if necessary.

As Lead UI/UX Designer, I worked on designing and developing the Viewabill web application, which allows for clients to receive real-time billing (effectively "pre-billing") updates from law firms. Additionally, I created illustrations and animations to improve users' interactions with the software.

I helped create visual solutions for our B2B clients as well as internal requirements. My areas of common work included: iconography, UI, infographics, branding and front-end web development. Additionally, I work with our team to create media content (audio and video) for promotional materials.I helped re-brand the company, created a custom icon font, a suite of vector illustrations, infographics, one-pagers and press materials. I wrote, directed, narrated and edited a promotional video for one of our clients. During my first 6 months, in addition to my design responsibilities, I was LISNR's sole front-end web developer and brought my designs to life using responsive web practices and SVG image assets.I converted our team to using SVG for all of our websites' visual assets (with the exception of a few photographs that are compressed PNGs) to ensure speed and scalability for mobile users.

- Understood student and faculty's technological requirements, demonstrating to them the proper use of Adobe Photoshop, Apple Final Cut Pro, etc.- Operated Makerbot Replicator 2x 3D Printer, creating scaled representations of .STL files.- Created technical documentation for printers, scanners and DVD conversion hardware, making it easy for visitors to accomplish tasks.

- In charge of representing the music blog aggregator at Miami University, passing out merchandise to students and faculty.- Interviewed Hype Machine founder, Dev Sherlock, about the state of the music industry, which was later broadcast on WMSR (Miami's largest on-campus radio station).- Communicated with team about ideas to bring larger presence of the company to colleges across the country.

- Developed web-based applications for clients, assisting in their everyday use of software products.- Designed custom graphics for client sites, allowing for unique a web presence.- Assisted professors in technological projects, improving the workflow of their schedule to better fit the needs of students.- Categorized student rosters into a database of 200+ COM135 students, also improving workflow and structure of the database.

- Advised team of senior engineers and risk management leaders on cellular technology, allowing them insight into the best device for their specific needs.- Answered questions regarding cellular devices, specifically in each users' respective usage environment.- Assisted in ordering devices through P&G's affiliate service company and ensured there were no inconveniences in the process such as backordered devices.
