I'm new to the business of psychometrics but not new to business or psychometrics. My background and education is in psychology and accountancy but my profession is sales. I first encountered SDA while operating my own recruitment and marketing companies, however after many years of successful partnership with SDA I took the decision to change my career path and take on a challenge that allows me to spend more time in Indonesia with my family.Whilst the suite of psychometric tools we offer at SDA really does sell itself, what really gets me going is the opportunity to work closely with our clients on sales training, sales strategy and sales recruitment.
