As a Youth Development Lead at The Prince's Trust, I am dedicated to helping young people unlock their potential and achieve their goals. At The Prince's Trust, we believe that every young person deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.In my role, I work closely with young people, helping them to develop their skills, gain confidence, and overcome challenges. As a Housing Support Officer (HSO) I support people who may been described as vulnerable. Within my role I assist tenants living within rented accommodation, I keep regular contact with the individuals I support and make sure they are being supported within different aspects of their life such as their: Mental Health, Physical Health, Finances and much more. I am constantly in contact with multiple agencies to ensure the individuals I support have the correct support and have an opportunity for their voice to be heard.

Rushton Futures is part of the Royal School for the Blind Charity who work with a group of 19+ year olds that are described as having complex needs. The service provides outcome driven support to the individuals that attend and aim to make a positive impact in their lives.My role at Rushton Futures sees me support the young adults with anything they need within the realms of medical care, social care and personal care. I aim to make Rushton Futures a fun environment and create good memories for the young people as well as creating a positive and friendly working environment for staff. In my day to day work, I organise and lead activities which coincide with a busy schedule for the all around care of the young adults. I administer numerous medications, support the young adults with feeding, personal care, stay up to date with and follow all relevant training to maintain a safe environment for the young adults at the service. Activities can be more dangerous for the young people I support in comparison to others, therefore, I follow risk assessments, MAR charts, care plans, behaviour support plans, safeguarding policies and practices as well as other areas including financial management. Although there are serious parts to my role it is equally important that I make sure the young adults are enjoying themselves, meeting the outcomes that were set when they started the service and that they are building new friendships and developing any skills they feel they need. To do this I use my interpersonal skills and take a proactive approach to session plans, considering things such as who would work well together and what skills can be developed upon individually and collectively.

As part of the LFC Womens Foundation phase I coached the U10’s girls team three times a week as well as coaching the girls in competitive games every week. My role included coaching, analysis, player development, family communication and family support.

Working towards Equipping children and young people for life using lifeskills. My roles include coaching and leading: games, activities, crafts and many other inclusive and fun opportunities for children and young people. At Equip Coaching we use children’s passions coupled with our chosen life skills with the aim to develop and teach the children the life skill and theme of the sessions.

Teaching and Coaching for the LFC Foundation, Liverpool Football Club's official charity. I coached in different places such as in school's, camps, hubs and many other environments. I work with Football fans with a variety of ability levels which also includes Respect4All - The Disability Sport inclusion project which reaches out to players in the local area and further out that have disabilities to give them opportunities in Football. I originally started as a volunteer at the LFC Foundation and then progressed to become a paid member of staff. I worked on many different projects during my time with LFC, some of the projects I worked on include: Social Action Project, Disability Project, Schools Project, Family engagement project as well as other projects.I also would teach different subjects in many different mainstream and SEN schools across the whole of Liverpool and its surrounding areas

As part of the Summer 2017 staff for UK Elite, I flew out to Washington, USA to coach “Soccer” to hundreds of children aged 2-18. After working in multiple different states and working with many different groups (primarily around Seattle) the summer was nearly finished. However, my contract and VISA were extended so I continued to work with UK Elite coaching their Soccer Curriculum on camps and to different soccer teams with both lower and higher abilities.

As a software tester for one of the biggest companies in its field, I was a tester on their latest device within the PlayStation range. My role for this was to conduct a variation of tests on different softwares and log/report any errors found within the software. This role was on a temporary contract basis.

As a Crew Member I worked in many different roles, from cleaning, cooking as well as working with customers. I took pride not just in the food I made, but also helping customers, staff and trying to be as helpful as possible.
