I/C of IT Portfolio- Oversee and appraise performance of team members- Spearhead IT project initiatives to improve workflow processes, such as a goods expiry monitoring system, leave booking priority system, department stock inventory reconciliation system and maintenance of an online portal for information sharing and downloads- Contribute to ad hoc projects like the launch of a new pharmacy dispensing software, by writing up of a proposal and functional specifications document, as well as performing user acceptance testing and end-user training- Liaison between company IT department, external software vendors and pharmacy department- Maintain and troubleshoot problems related to dispensary hardware and patient management systems2. Core duties:- Advise and educate patients on the management of minor ailments or chronic health issues, with referral if needed- Dispense medications or recommend supplements when necessary, with appropriate counselling- Maintain optimal stock inventory for medications and other health products, as well as minimize shrinkage loss- Upkeep dispensary standards in conforming to audit requirements by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA)- Monitor sales and consumer healthcare trends to produce monthly reports- Keep up-to-date with medical and retail product knowledge, in tandem with biyearly renewal of pharmacist license to practice

- 9-months training stint, with rotation to stores island-wide, for fulfillment of requirements to practice as a licensed pharmacist- Created an in-house Health Supplement Database online as a Pre-Registration Project, beginning with 524 documented products across 27 brands at launch, to over 1264 products across 142 brands at present
