• Main applications contact with SEA Engineers and Apps Team in HK/UK regarding technical communication issues encountered and provide advice and support to SEA engineers on software and hardware support on technical support for Renishaw Products. • Provide after-market sales with existing customers to build-up relationship and generating future business opportunities. • Expose business opportunities with existing customer’s vendor or contractors on changing or retrofit to Renishaw Products for more revenue growth.• Prepare sale visit with potential customers and provide on technical clarification on opportunities of usages on Renishaw Products. • Support meeting with General Manger (SEA) on business opportunities with ASIAN region teams and presenting activates reports as monthly basic.

•Provide technical support to Renishaw customers in Singapore and SEA on Renishaw Products (Industrial Metrology: CMM/Equator Gaging System). •Provide training for customer and demonstration of mentioned products on its capability to prospective customers and implementation of automation options for integration to manufacturing cell. •Ability to retrofit on competitor CMM machines with Renishaw CMM Products (hardware and software) and have machines qualified as an International Standard, ISO10360-02/05. •Capable to trouble-shooting on CMM machine either hardware or software issues encountered with customers. •Support SEA marketing trade shows like Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand etc. on prompting Renishaw Product and look for potential sales.

• Supervising of 10 Quality Inspectors on supporting final inspection after completed manufacturing process. • Planning and coordinating on inspectors routine on supporting shop floors.• Liaise with Planner and Advisor to meet the on time deliver and priorities to support the customer demands. • Member of Environment Health and Safety (EH&S) and actively participated in Safety Innovation Team (S.I.T.).

· Coordinate maintenance and calibration of CMM machines (Zeiss, Brown & Sharpe).· Responsible for CMM programming using Quindos (Brown & Sharpe), Calyspo (Zeiss) and Pcdmis (Brown and Sharpe) to have auto run CMM inspection on Key Product Characteristics (KPC) and high inspection sample size.· Plan and review on First Article as per AS9102 for verifying compliance to theapplicable drawing and specifications.· Responsibility to ensure that we in compliance with the customer’s policy and procedure.· Internal Audit on shop floors to ensure Quality Measurement System (QMS) is complied.· Role in Perm Material Review Board (PMRB) and reviewing disposition on non-conformance dimensions produced during manufacturing process.· Review Root Relevant Corrective Action (RRCA) on non-conformance dimensions produced.· Coordinated and evaluated relentless root cause analysis with cell engineers andsupervisors for cell escape quality.· Conduct 8D Investigation as problem solving report for customer escape quality.Fishbone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, or 5 Whys tools was used to analysisRoot Causes.· Responsible for quarantine and purging of parts, and related activities investigations, engineering and quality issues.· Handling customer return of Assembly Unit like Torque Tube Assembly, Gearbox Assembly, Power Drive Unit and Actuator Assembly from Bombardier and Embraer etc.. Plan as quality perspective on new transition of Rotary Actuation (B787) assembly cell from Bristol (England) to Singapore and also Axillary Power Unit from Changi HS to Bedok HS. . Responsible for quality inspection process for Embraer KC390 Torque Tube assembly.. Certified in Vendor Inspection Program (VIP) inspection for Bombardier outgoing assembled product. . Role in Hamilton Sunstrand ODA Unit Member and issuing FAA 8130 -3 tag for assembled parts to be shipped. . Compile quarterly activity report of ODA activity to ODA administrator of Hamilton Sundstrand.

• Role in conducting In Process Heat Treat Inspection and First Article Inspection (FAI) as per AS9102. • Good understanding of Geometrical Dimension and Tolerance and ability to comply on Engineer Print. • Trained in using inspection equipment like Hardness Tester, Surface Analyzer, and Roundness Checker etc. while conducting FAI.
