➢ Evaluate ,define, implementation Global / Regional Purchasing strategy for Category and Subcategories to meet Schindler's business requirements. Include Buy or Make decision. Base on the alignment with different function departments(R&D,Quality,Plant,etc) ➢ In charge of key global suppliers. *Key global suppliers are included Electrical machinery module assemble, EMS-PCBA, Cable, Off-shelf product(Sensor, Contactor, Switch) and Passive Component(Chock, Filer, Capacity). *Supplier’s location in China, Thailand, European. *Negotiate/Maintain all major frame contract at Global or Regional level *Supplier management included New product innovation, Quality performance, On-time delivery, stock control(VMI),continue improvement on supplier side, supplier relationship management. *Yearly price negotiation, cost optimize project.➢ Identify and evaluate potential Global suppliers for Group products and develop the potential suppliers as the following up.➢ Participate in Global development teams for new products with R&D➢ Leading the Global strategically supply chain/sourcing project in the world with crossing function team. More focus on cost optimized and dual sourcing setting up.

1 Create the supply chain strategy (Cost, Supplier, Logistic, Production, Quality)2 Responsibility of the transfer/localization project in Asia (From Europe to China, India),focus on the Automatic machine3 Participate in the project definition from Supplier Management to define the sourcing strategy.4 Out-sourcing suppliers, negotiation with suppliers, management suppliers to deliver the product in quality, in cost, in time, Monitor suppliers supply chain including production planning, logistic, purchasing, etc 5 Negotiates contracts, pricing/supply agreements, and total cost agreements.6 Drive continuous improvement activities in suppliers7 Apply 8 project management functions (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement) into whole project life cycle8 Lead the international project team, all the team member from Sweden, Italy, India, China, and Austria, to archive the project KPI.9 Lead team to ensure product quality under controlAchievement*Set up a reliable supplier base and team to cope with business volume of 17.4M CNY/year*Create a stable supply chain with suppliers in India and China Suzhou within one year, Both of these two supplier are the first time to deliver the machine to Tetra Pak, The On time in Full delivery rate reach the project target and meet product target cost*Successfully define the product strategy of Cardboard Packager machine between two suppliers in Sweden and China to meet Tetra Pak Marketing requirement.
