Worked at CTBK in between semesters as a transaction and valuation intern. I am still currently working virtually in my spare time as I am in the midst of my second year fall semester at RIT. My work mainly consisted of summarizing and analyzing financial statements and tax returns to gain an understanding of historical trends and expected future earnings in conjunction with business valuation engagements. I researched and documented the economic and industry outlook for various companies to gain an understanding of future opportunities and threats for subject companies in conjunction with business valuation engagements. Furthermore, I performed verification of revenue, expense reconciliation and development of normalized earnings in conjunction with quality of earnings engagements. I utilized my Microsoft office skills to complete the many tasks I was assigned.
