I am an ambitious, honest and punctual individual with a First Class Degree in Business Management from the University of Sheffield. I have an incredible sense of drive where the work I do is impactful and creates a positive impact on the business. I also maintain precise attention to detail, work in an organised and efficient manner, and can perform well both in a team and independently. In order to develop and progress with my work, I am always willing and eager to learn new skills and go beyond my job role and be a part of projects outside of my comfort zone. This is evident through my role at Miss Macaroon as I often support and liaison with the Business Administration, Retail and Kitchen teams. I am a creative individual with experience with the filming and editing process as I created promotional videos for Miss Macaroon, I took a key role in each step of the process from the storyboard to the editing stage. Additionally, my creativity is evident through my key role in event planning which includes both preparation and hosting the events and I can bring fresh ideas to any project and I am willing to take a leadership role within a team if required. Through my time at Miss Macaroon I have experience running company social media platforms whilst maintaining a professional brand tone of voice, and changing the content to suit the specific platform. Throughout my various job roles since I was 15, I have developed my communication skills whether it be in a high pressure kitchen environment or in an office environment. I have experience building rapport with clients as I was entrusted to reach out to new potential clients whilst liaising with the current clients, whilst as a promotions assistant at Matrix Promo. At Miss Macaroon, I was given more responsibility with recruiting trainees for our Kickstart and MacsMAD scheme. This role required me to be in communication with the local job centres to help motivate and educate job seekers. I take on managerial responsibilities whenever possible, this is demonstrated through leading a weekly analytics meeting which requires in-depth subject knowledge and confidence. Furthermore, I support others to ensure they gain the same level of knowledge, and talk them through the process which allows them to ask any questions they may have. In addition, I also provide guidance to others with their projects which helps improve my ability to give constructive feedback as well as their knowledge.
