Community Work Order Supervisor - Justice Services

Working in the Justice Service is about as unpredictable as it gets. This job involves working closely with a team of up to five offenders in order to adequately supervise their Community Payback Order, and ensure they’re on the right path to rehabilitation. This can involve any number of tasks, from joinery to painting and decorating, or moving houses. The unpredictability of this job is what makes it, and the ability to make an unbelievable change to people’s lives is one that was too good to turn down. The main responsibilities of this job are supervision of a team of offenders to ensure tasks are completed, evaluation of quality of task to allow for hours to be recorded, risk assessment of offenders and of environments in order to ensure the working environment is safe, and managing time sheets in order to ensure hours are recorded accurately.
