In my eleven years as a caseworker I have the experience of presenting over 100 cases in Valuation Tribunal.In the last year I was attached to the northeast revaluation team where I was responsible mainly for valuing offices in outer Leeds, retail in areas of Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Selby and North Tyneside. I also had responsibility for valuing pharmacies across North/West Yorkshire and Humberside.Currently attached to the VT/litigation team within the northeast unit.Nov 19, moved over the join the CCA team, settling challenge cases for 6 months before being re-deployed to the reval 2021 team. Within the reval team I was responsible for valuing all retail in Scarborough, Hambleton, Richmond. I also valued much of Leeds, including White Rose, Bradford, Wakefield, York. I also valued all restaurants in Leeds, Wakefield. All convenience stores in West and North Yorkshire, All retail warehouses in North Yorkshire and a good portion of Leeds offices..Since June 20 I have returned to challenge settlement.April 21 - Moved on to the market knowledge team preparing reports pre revaluation 2023 on the retail sector in West and North Yorkshire. Mainly focusing on the retail centres of Bradford, Wakefield and Huddersfield.
