I am responsible for growing the business across these markets, leveraging my expertise in product design, digital, and growth strategy.I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and human-centered solutions for a diverse range of clients, from global leaders to local icons to underground start-ups. I work with an exceptional team of designers, engineers, and creative thinkers who transform ideas into iconic products across medical, business, consumer, sports tech, and industrial sectors. I am passionate about creating wonders in the digital realm, using true Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and cutting-edge technologies.Before joining Katapult Design, I was the Director of Digital Services at Hide and Seek Digital, where I collaborated with award-winning digital and design experts across NZ and Australia, providing technology advisory, modernized enterprise architecture, product experience, customer experience, and employee experience services. I also held key leadership positions at Randstad Technology Solutions and Randstad Technologies, where I spearheaded technology and digital project delivery and strategic consulting-advisory. Additionally, I have over 15 years of experience as a Fire Fighter, participating in disaster relief efforts and emergency management, which has enhanced my ability to navigate high-pressure situations, think strategically, and lead effectively.
