I was an Operations Supervisor at the provincial Medical Communication Centre (MCC). Our team was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the provincial ambulance service. The MCC receives 180,000+ calls each year for assistance, including emergency responses, hospital transfers, and air medical transport. Each day, the MCC staff managed 140+.
