Growing from a smaller base of 30+ accounts on the northern beaches to an account base of 85+ accounts across the Northern Beaches, North shore, and North West regions of Sydney. As a development of the Coffee Professional role, this role brought a new challenge in time management and prioritisation in order to achieve new growth for both our current and new customers. Alongside this, I have also had the opportunity to train and up-skill new staff members into the role at Seven Miles and front a team of like-minded individuals with a common goal. The goal is to achieve the highest level of on the ground support in the region within our sector, utilising personal skills from within our team, as well as range of third party partners to deliver prompt service in times of need. Starting as an all rounder and moving my way through the ranks, my time at Ruby Lane was crucial to my personal development. A key focus on customer service, staff development, profitability and stock management resulted in the operation of a successful business. Operating throughout COVID forced the issue of being creative in avenues of sales, and highlighted the importance of relationships and a focus on community. Breaking out and back into service post pandemic to achieve results 20% more profitable than prior years whilst operating at half capacity. Show less
