Head of Marketing Germany & Central Europe.Reporting directly to the CEO Siegfried Hegelmann responsible for the organization, implementation and supervision of all Headquarters developed marketing projects.External:- Further development of corporate philosophy, identity & strategy- competition and Market analysis- Employee branding and HR campaigns- PR and press work regionally, Europe-wide and globally with the dominant media in the transport industry, as well as Groups such as Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF, Hankook, Michelin, Schmitz Cargobull, Krone and other big names in the big vehicle industry- Regional and international charity and sponsoring (introduction and establishment in the -FiA European Truck Racing Championship- in cooperation with )- Online and social media strategy of the entire Hegelmann Group- Development of the Corporate Identity & Strategy for the SubsidiaryInternal:- Development of the headquarters marketing department for the German-speaking area- Establishment of marketing departments for France and Ukraine- Selection and introduction new candidates- Expansion of external service providers- HR recruiting and development of a freelancer team in Ukraine- Employee Loyalty Projects- Regional and international event management
