In my role as a Senior Consultant I have coordinated and overseen the development of a client led consumer immersion program using a bespoke solution. I continue to manage and oversee the completion of a range of projects including more complicated multi-stage projects that use a variety of methodologies, approaches and technology; including the latest in eye-tracking technology. I was nominated for the Young Research of The Year Award and was awarded with a Contender placement.

The role of Consultant saw me leading one of the larger accounts within the organisation and liaising directly with clients. I oversaw and managed projects from brief to debrief, which involved a range of methodologies and a blending of quantitative and qualitative practices. As a recruitment assistant at Focus People I am responsible for finding suitable candidates to take part in a variety of focus groups and in-depth interviews conducted by our clients to assess consumer sentiment, buyer behaviour and market insights. This process involves analysing responses to surveys, calling people or small businesses from our database, assessing their suitability to participate in focus groups and booking them into each respective case. I also periodically participate in focus groups to get a first-hand understanding of the consumer research process.

Working with a junior team I was responsible for developing each player's individual skills, devising appropriate and engaging drills, building a cohesive team culture and encouraging team spirit. I provided weekly written reports to the Head of Boys Sport, parent communication and, where required, emotional support and first aid.
