Worked within the Capital Delivery Eastern Safety and Sustainable Development Team, leading and supporting many significant projects that are vital for business growth post-project ACE, these include:- Project ACE HandbookI have played an instrumental part in creating a Handbook that outlines with detail the changes proposed to ensure employees from both Network Rail and suppliers are consulted and communicated effectively.The creation of this handbook required significant collaboration with senior leadership teams, colleagues and supply chain partners, through having this task I have had to be highly adaptable for change.- Site Set-Up AwardsI was responsible for leading and implementing a series of site set up awards to be used across Network Rails supply chain. This involved bringing colleagues from across both Network Rail and supply chain to design, produce and roll out this set of awards.These awards have since been rolled out across all contractors and helped continue the innovation across the network rail portfolio.- SAM pack creationI was a key point of contact for suppliers to submit their information for the supplier account meeting. This particular task involved significant collaboration with both supply chain partners and Network Rail representatives. This required myself to be highly organised to facilitate contacting the suppliers and receiving their input.- Weekly Communication pieces (CLIC)I lead our continuous learning improvement cascade for Capital Delivery Eastern, this involved working closely with the safety team and supply chain to obtain examples of best practice and innovative solutions that can be shared region wide.I was also responsible for sourcing safety critical communication pieces.- Waste data - Key Performance IndicatorConducted periodic data analysis tasks on submitted supplier data. This was an essential process that ensured Network Rail was able to meet its key performance indicators.
