After being promoted to Team Lead in my previous team, I took on more personnel responsibility in addition to active software development. I learned a lot about managing software teams through specialist books and seminars. This enabled me to build a team that reliably delivered good results and demonstrably showed a high level of employee engagement.

Working in international and agile teams. Practices such as pull request reviews, automated tests, retrospectives and regular exchanges between developers, including those from different teams, were a natural part of my day-to-day work.

Responsible for the technical implementation of customer projects: Selection of technologies, effort and time estimation, implementationClose cooperation with front-end developers and designers.Self-organized work, as sole developer and in a team with other developers.Over the years, I have worked with many different technologies: In the beginning mostly with PHP stacks, later almost exclusively with Javascript, Node.js and Vue.js.
