Worked from pre-production through wrap on this 35mm feature film production. Helped find and hire crew, found and negotiated use of locations, oversaw communications with crew and locations, and worked out logistics of general production alongside the Assistant Director.

Worked for 2 months on the Dead Matter film out of Mansfield, Ohio. I was responsible for preparing and furnishing crew houses, acquiring all non-technical location necessities (seating, tables, tents, trash, etc), acting as a liaison between the production personnel and the location owners/administrators, and all manner of small, random tasks that had not-that-much to do with my official job.

Worked alongside company co-owner in front office of Production /Make-Up Effects house. Assisted with various tasks, including copy writing for radio and television, graphic design, effects breakdown for potential jobs, and a variety of other small and random jobs.

Best damn job I've ever had. Worked with (as opposed to "for") faculty to create unique technology media solutions for their classes - in my case, mostly video solutions - as well as helping to run a media production lab (copy shop) for students, staff, and faculty. Students effectively encouraged to take control of their jobs and responsibilities through trust, training, and brilliantly progressive management.

Worked as an Intern for WOSU TV34 (PBS affiliate). Spent my time helping out on field shoots (mostly for ArtZine) and by logging interviews for the "The Best Damn Band in the Land" documentary. Also spent some time running studio cameras for Columbus on the Record. Co-concepted, designed, and edited a new open for Columbus Viewpoints (also known as Columbus Metropolitan Club), which was unfortunately never used.

Helped build new inventory database for technology upgrade while also helping keep website photos and graphics updated. Created graphics and designs for promotional mailers and posters. Also did general retail service, took national and international telephone orders, and helped with national and international shipping.
