Leading Benchling's inbound SDR function globally across San Francisco, Boston, and Zurich. I also lead Ops & Enablement for the SDR team globally, acting as a liaise between Marketing, SDR, and Sales. I work with all three teams to produce the content, pitch decks, templates, cadences, and other forms of enablement leveraged by SDR's and the broader field team.

Outbound sales development for enterprise accounts.

• Lead interventionist and recovery/life coach for clientele ranging from adolescents to professional executives. • Utilized one-on-one interpersonal and facilitation skills to diagnose and deescalate familial and individual crises. • Upon proper intervention and crisis aversion, oversaw goal-setting, feedback, and healthy coping mechanisms to help clients recover self-esteem and self-identity for the greater purpose of leading a healthy life. • Through intensive work with treatment centers across the country, National Treatment Transport is one of the fastest growing intervention and coaching companies in the country.

• Examined the incubation of craving and relapse between social-choice abstinence and forced abstinence in rats.• Wrote and presented grant proposal for receiving further funding on understanding the role of inhibitory CeL PKCδ+ neurons during late abstinence relapse tests and their role in inhibiting the incubation of craving. • Through combination of convincing research, persuasive writing, and compelling presentation, further funding was awarded.• Resultant research found CeL PKCδ+ neurons to be critical in suppressing incubation of craving and relapse, highlighting bigger-picture implications that craving/relapse can be altered at neuronal level.

• Research assistant under Dr. Heidi Day, PhD.• Researched the effect of octopamine administration on PER1 mRNA expression (a gene involved in circadian rhythym) in ventral nerve cord tissue extracted from Eublaberus posticus (cockroach species). • Gained hands-on lab experience through techniques of dissection, RNA-extraction, cDNA synthesis, qPCR, and data analysis.

• Managed daily operations of four transitional homes for men newly out of treatment centers, jails, or institutions. • Remodeled the structure and atmosphere of the housing environment by implementing a mentor program, organizing daily activities, and designing client-specific wellness plans.• Oversaw budget and daily operations of each of the four houses.

• Veterinary clinic and animal hospital. Dr. Grafton Houston and Dr. Laura Dowd.• Shadowed Dr. Laura Dowd on a range of animal procedures from check-ups to surgeries. • Assisted vet-tech’s at the clinic with animal procedures.

• Western M.D., Homeopathy, and Alternative Family Practice. Dr. Justin Mager & Dr. Beth McDougall.• Checked patients in and took vital signs, analyzed supplement finances, and single-handedly designed the practice’s online email marketing product through Constant Contact. • Absorbed an immense new understanding for Alternative, Homeopathic, and Western medicine.

• Shadowed medical teams and certified physicians for two months at the Scott and White Clinic; a 600 bed, level 1 trauma hospital. Witnessed a different field and specialty of medicine every day. • Awe-inspiring experiences ranged from scrubbing into an open heart surgery to morning rounds with a pediatric team.

• Traveled to remote village in Ethiopia with Dr. Richard Usatine and his group of medical students from the University of Texas. • Established clinic treating illness and disease such as trachoma, scabies, lice, malnourishment, HIV, eczema, and worms. • Helped establish a clean water supply by building water fountains, hand-washing stations, and showers on the school grounds. • Most life-changing was the opportunity to live in a hut for two months without electricity, coming to understand a level of poverty I did not know existed, and befriending a local community of loving people.
