For the second half of my internship year, I learned the essential processes in retail pharmacy, with a primary focus on pharmaceutical services at Scheele Apotheke.- Proactively engaged on-site with local physicians to successfully implement pharmaceutical services in the pharmacy.- Established a partnership with a local nursing home for a blood pressure campaign, achieving the best result in Saxony.- Consulted patients regarding their drug therapy (medical dispensing).- Produced small-scale pharmaceutical preparations.- Conducted qualitative analyses of raw materials.

For the first half of my internship year, I worked for Novartis, my responsibilities and projects included, but were not limited to:- Conducting deviation analysis on Educational Material (Risk Management Plan)- Assisting the Follow-Up team with case processing- Contributing to patient-oriented programs- Supporting the Department´s transition focusing on Pharmacovigilance trends and AI- Gaining insights into various departments of an international pharmaceutical company and visiting the production site in Wehr

Since my school days, I have worked as a technical consultant, providing IT support, consultation, and actively solving on-site problems across various IT and consumer electronics topics for 435 customers. Not only did it give me hands-on experience in communicating with clients, but also an NPS Score above 86 as rated by the clients.

To understand the next level of communication and management, I persued an internship as assistance of executive board. My responsibilities included conducting data analysis using Excel PivotTable to optimize our products and acting as a liaison with company CEOs.

After my initial role as a first-line contact for new employees, I seized the opportunity to expand my responsibilities. I worked as the contact person for up to 25 employees across the entire region of Bavaria during a dedicated six-month program.

Due to my experience and high customer satisfaction, I was invited to mentor new employees for their first few months.
