I then assign all team members to where they will be working for the day following the production schedule for our shift. Throughout the day I am making sure we are following our standard work and always looking to improve our current process to eliminate waste. I am big on coaching and training my team members to be the best they can be. I am also attending daily meetings with maintenance, tooling, quality and engineering working on improving our processes.
