As a Dealer Credit Analyst, I am responsible for credit files with the purpose of assessing and mitigating risk, exposure for automotive dealerships, dealer groups, and holding companies, and financial performance in relation to wholesale financing, capital loans, revolving lines of credit, and mortgage/construction loans. Part of the position is working closely with our wholesale representatives to ensure we are providing adequate wholesale financing for the dealerships. As a Commercial Credit Analyst, I am responsible for reviewing various companies looking to obtain Commercial Lines of Credit with Ford Motor Credit Company. I work with new companies, reviewing current lines of credit, and reinstating prior lines of credit. As part of this evaluation, I have to analyze business financials (ranging from direct statements, tax returns, or CPA audited financials typically).
