Key Responsibilities:Plan and facilitate group training in-person and online for existing staff.Plan and facilitate compliance training.Plan and facilitate induction of new Team Leaders and agents to the company.Travel interstate to conduct training and inductions.Analyse and provide recommendations on changes to best practice and procedure. Provide immediate support and guidance to recently trained staff.Meet with key stakeholders to create procedure and training materials.Review and update information contained within a knowledge management system.Provide weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team.Collect, review and apply feedback from multiple sources post-training.Consult with the Workforce Management Team and other key stakeholders to determine business needs and plan training accordingly.Adapt training at short notice in accordance to changes in business needs.
