Leadership & Business Growing Experience:Having 24 years of working and 12 years of top management experience during which the following was achieved:• successful growing the company taking it from a small company with 10 employees to a Medium sized one with over 90 employees going along changing company structure and peoples responsibilities• Creating a sales division which needed to be changed over time due to increasing team numbers and implementation of a new sales strategy • Change of working mentality and workflow to improve efficiencies in the operations departments.
