I'm currently studying Business and International Business at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I am currently majoring in Business Law, minoring in Marketing and am in my 3rd year in 2024.In 2025, I will be conducting a semester of my studies abroad at Arizona State University, USA. I am currently working part-time as a Marketing Assistant at Thrivase, a healthcare company that strives to make the healthcare industry an easier and more efficient place. This role involves a variety of tasks, from setting up and live-streaming healthcare webcasts, to event data management.I have over 3 years in customer service experience, working at Baker's Delight and Hotel Chadstone in providing a positive experience for every customer, ensuring I always put the customer first and creating a first-class experience. I have experience in pick-packing, working autonomously and with others to keep the behind-the-scenes operations of a business flowing smoothly.I worked in video production for nearly 2 years, focusing on providing a high-quality output to share with thousands of viewers across the globe. This role involved high usage of technology to film content, edit it and produce it, as well as liaising with followers to maintain a high-quality brand image.
