Obtained Not Guilty verdict.- Delivered opening statement and second-chaired three-day bench trial defending an Illinois roofing company against a competitor where plaintiff pleaded fifteen counts including breach of non-compete agreements, fraud, defamation, and tortious interference claims. Argued pre-trial motions, conducted direct/cross examinations of witnesses, and argued post-trial issues concerning the bystander's report. Obtained Not Guilty verdict.- Obtained $7.6 Million-dollar verdict for Chicago Executive after an ex-girlfriend shared explicit images on social media.- Obtained summary judgment for commercial real estate developer on Tortious Interference and Defamation Per Se claims.
