I appear before Employment Tribunals, the EAT, County Courts, the Companies Court, the First Tier Tribunal, and in the High Court as sole counsel.I represent both Claimants and Respondents in multi-day employment tribunals including all manner of discrimination claims. I regularly represent both Claimants and Defendants in general civil matters. I also provide advice and draft pleadings, and I am happy to be instructed in a matter from an early stage.
