I have worked as a customer assistant within the retail sector. Working here has allowed me to develop my skills and abilities to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. Dealing with regular face to face interactions has also helped my confidence in meeting new people. The fast paced environment has further allowed me to enhance my ability to work in a pressured environment, taking on numerous tasks at once while working towards a deadline. This experience has improved my strength when it comes time management of tasks.

My challeneges and tasks consisted of researching methods and ways to promote our company to the targeted demographic that we were aiming for while on a limited budget. It developed my ability to work in a stressful situation and think in a more creative way. Further to this, it enhanced my teamworking abilities from working with new people and listening to their ideas, while putting ideas forward.
