At the age of 18 I have been able to transform my weekender position at Poundbakery to become a manager of the shop. I began working for the company at the age of 16 working and building my skills to where I am now. I am currently full time committed to my shop helping to achieve sales targets in the best way possible. I know how to reach my targets and how to make a shop work to the best of its ability. At the current age of 19 I am the youngest member of management in the company and that I pride myself on. Through the time I have been an AM I have been taught how to handle money including cashing up money and managing floats as well as learning how to manage a team. A team is the best tool you have to achieve your sales targets, the better the team is working the better the sales can be. I am very proud of where I am now from being a 16 year old weekender doing 8 hours to then transforming into a high member of shop management working 40 hours a week and helping the shop to excel to its fullest potential!
