I am a qualified Civil Engineer RPEQ, with over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering: design management, project management and contract administration of complex-discipline infrastructure projects. I possess specialist skills in the design and delivery of Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement (DRFA) Programs.I have obtained TMR IBCP prequalification for Contract Adminitration (CA02).I am a member of AIPM and acredited Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD)I am passionate about contract administration and delivering disaster recovery works to local communities affected by natural disasters. To that end, I keep abreast of current developments in specialising with: - Completing Post-graduate studies in Emergency and Disaster Management through CQU, - Attending the 2022 Australian & New Zealand Disaster & Emergency Management Conference - Completing Masterclass coursework: Delivering resilient infrastructure to endure climate change risks.I have a deep understanding of constructability; his extensive knowledge was gained by working on the ground performing contract administration roles and negotiating positive outcomes with important stakeholders to get practical cost-effective solutions.I have excellent knowledge of TMR's contract (CAS Manual) and reporting requirements for major infrastructure projects. This knowledge and experience extend to the application of TMR's OnQ framework and 3PCM Project Controls reporting to consistently deliver across all project phases.
