Max is a finance and real estate professional who serves as the Director of Real Estate & Development at Naturally Affordable Housing, a company that builds affordable, workforce, and market-rate multifamily homes and restores historic properties to grandeur. The massive restoration of the Lafayette Hotel and Swim Club in the heart of North Park is an example of a transformative project that evokes present and past cultural touchpoints for all who enter. Building with purpose is also reflected in the recent completion of a 39 micro-unit development, known as the Kansas Street Project.In this role, Max conducts commercial and multi-residential market analysis on mid-to-large scale housing projects, negotiates and manages purchase agreements, offers financing solutions, creates proformas, prepares disclosures and community engagement plans, and engages in strategic planning. Max is a meticulous, proactive, results-driven team player focused on a career in real estate development. He also served as a panelist at the Global Compassion Summit alongside the Dalai Lama and believes housing is a basic human right.
