I worked under Dr Jaishree Raman for one month, wherein I helped extract DNA from RDT and DBS samples. I also performed PCR, qPCR and Kelch 13 PCR on these samples to generate data and confirm their diseased status.I worked in concert with my colleagues: Sonia, Arinao and Takalani in the lab and in the office, inputting the obtained results into the database for analysis.
