I was responsible for the trade capture, matching, settlement, and reporting of all trade activity across several derivative products including ETD, OTC, CFD’s. The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring that all trades are processed correctly for accounting and client reporting purposes. Further, I regularly communicated with external third parties, working with brokers and custodians to resolve any trade breaks.

I worked on a project that aimed to enhance the understanding and awareness of personal finance to young people. I represented Lancaster Royal Grammar School at the 2019 ERASMUS conference in Cyprus, working with international partners and schools to create teaching modules to help young people to manage their money and be aware of the various opportunities and risks. At the conference we presented our learning resources and gained feedback from the partners. After making improvements, our finalised modules are now taught across schools in the EU.
