New business development for the Arizon Building Systems product line. Arizon designs, manufactures, and installs air-supported and frame-supported fabric buildings that arrive complete with HVAC, LED lighting, doors and many other features. Common applications include turf multisport facilities, tennis, swimming pools, gymnasiums, light manufacturing, construction site covers, expo and trade show facilities, indoor aquaculture and agriculture, and mining applications. Our domes can be installed permanently or on a seasonal basis (typically over the winter months), and fully meet applicable building codes, including local wind speed and snow load design requirements. Our project can be completed in as little as 4 months, with a typical total project cost between 1/2 and 1/3 of the cost of conventional construction such as a metal pre-fab building. Typical product lifespan ranges from 20 to 30+ years.

Managed the Marketing Department, with three individuals reporting to me. As such, was ultimately responsible for the execution of dozens of projects at any given time, however primary responsibilities were:- interfacing with our PR firm and web provider - tracking investments in lead generation - monitoring web traffic and other analytics- teaming with IT to launch a new cloud-based intranet- developing yearly strategic marketing plan- optimizing ad spends- managing individuals responsible for social media campaigns/other PR work and helpdesk- some graphic design and copy-writingMajor projects included launching a new Title Insurance JV, orchestrating a full re-design of the corporate website, and launching a new listing video service to agents and consumers.
