I have 4 years experience in warehouse operations and customer facing roles which include working for companies like The Range, Iceland and GoPuff. Throughout my working career so far I have gained a wide range of skills such as stock management, efficient problem solving skills, time management skills, meeting KPIs and excellent knowledge of warehouse operations. I am currently employed by GoPuff as Operations Deputy. Some of my day to day tasks involve, procedural checks including fridge temperatures, safety equipment (temperature probes and fire equipment) and liaising with external teams as well as communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues. I have experience in managing a workforce up to 25 people and ensuring stock tasks and packing orders while maintaining warehouse KPI's.I thrive in a fast paced work environment and have always strived to be the best while providing results for the company.
