Project Manager/Lead Consultant, Contract Management and Supervision and Secured by Design accordant.Relevant Qualifications: MCIAT, ACIOB, MaPS M.InstDSummary of Relevant Experience: Specialist in Healthcare and secure buildings and maintains a very hands-on approach to projects. Has been involved in over 750 Healthcare and Secure building commissions over the last 27 years as Design Team Leader, Lead Consultant and Partner-in-charge.These have included commissions on all types of facilities from large new build, through Secure Mental Health, Community Specialist Units, Medical Centres to more recent involvement in Procure 21 and LIFT projects. Also numerous commissions for many Government related Departments, including MOJ, UK Border Agency, and HM Prison Service.The size of projects has also been wide ranging from small refurbishments, through extensions and alterations, up to major new builds. These include several projects in the Far East the largest of which was acting as Lead Consultant for a £350 million New Hospital in Hong Kong.
