This event offers LGBTQ+ employees and their allies a unique space to share their experiences, ideas, and challenges with colleagues, HR professionals, and C-level executives from diverse industries. Over a three-course brunch, participants will have the opportunity to network, exchange insights, and collaborate on creating more inclusive workplace environments. With limited availability for just five organizations, the Corporate Culture Brunch promises to be a focused, insightful, and results-driven gathering where real change is cultivated.Corporate Culture Brunch is designed to help organizations create a culture of belonging where LGBTQ+ employees feel valued and empowered. By encouraging open dialogue and fostering meaningful connections, this event aims to inspire actionable and positive changes within corporate cultures.I have been connecting people and communities in the commercial sector for more than 2 decades.With a background in international event management, with a focus on the promotion and organisation of (queer) events. Experience spans across different sectors of the entertainment industry, giving a thorough understanding of the nuances and requirements of today's digital landscapes. Transitioning from a successful career in artist management to leading creative journeys for major global electronic dance events, such as DGTL and other significant Dutch festivals, extensively expanded a network within the industry. Connections with top artists, partner promoters, creatives and content creators underscore a strong relational and professional base, making a key contributor to the development of a new and innovative queer discovery platform.
